How do I convert pdf files onto the kindle.?

I know it has native pdf support, but people say the text is tiny, so i want to convert it anyways.
I downloaded the auto kindle ebook converter.
Can someone please help me?

Does the Kindle DX work for College?

I am going to be a freshman in college next year and am thinking about getting a kindle dx to use for the textbooks that kindle supports. I am also an avid reader. I’m just wondering if there is anyone who has used one as a textbook in college and if it works well.

How do I read PDFs on Kindle?

I have the newest Kindle, not the DX, but the newest 6 inch one, and on the chart on the Amazon listing, it says it has native PDF support like the DX. Is there any way to read PDFs on this without converting to azw, messing up the formatting?

If I buy music on my Kindle Fire, does the money go to Kindle or the artist?

I’d like to support my favorite artists by buying their albums and such but I don’t want the CD’s, I want the music on my Kindle Fire. Does the money get split or does it go to one or the other?

I want an iPad 2 but I only have the money for a wifi version. With the iphone’s new software update, can I use it’s 3G to make my iPad a 3G as well?
In my ‘three’ contact, it said I wasn’t allowed to use my Phone as a modem but would this technique still be legal and would it work?

My ipad won’t let me run any apps! please help?

It was working fine until i upgraded software to version 4.3.2 (8h7). now when i tap on an app it will flash then take me back to home page. it wouldn’t allow me go into any apps. i tried resetting and turning it off and back on and connecting to itunes again…but nothing seems to work. how can i fix this problem?? Run a windows app on an IPAD 2?

Hi guys

I want to be able to run an application called AutoData on my IPAD 2. As far as I am aware it is Windows only…..now i am aware of an app called parralells mobile, which essentially from what i can gather lets you connect to another Windows based PC through a virtual machine over the internet! But as i do not have the luxury of an internet connection at my garage, this will not be possible. Although i suppose it could be done over my 3g connection, the reception at work is absolutely rubbish!

Can i run something like WINE for Linux….. is there such a thing? I love my IPAD…..just would love it even more if i could get it to run this software….can i run a light version of VMWARE on my IPAD??????

Macbook Pro or iPad 2?

I am looking for a new computer to get by the end of the summer (around late August) and I cant decide what to get. I need to use it for school…and in one more year, I will need it for college. I want it to be able to play music, games, and it should have a good battery life and it should be portable. Normally, I would have picked the Macbook Pro right away, But the new iOS5 software sounds really interesting. So I have a couple of questions:
1.) When is a newer version of the macbook pro coming out? (which month?)
2.) When is a newer version of the iPad coming out? (which month?)
3.) When is the iOS5 coming out? (exact date)
4.) When is iCloud coming out? (exact date)
5.) What should I get, macbook pro or iPad? (^after everything above has been released^)

My iPad won’t jailbreak!?

I am running version 4.2.1 and I have readsn0w version 0.9.6b4

I run the software as the administrator and plug my ipad in, and then turn it off. once i go through the process to get it into that dfu mode or whatever the jailbreaking starts on redsn0w. but it always freezes on either “uploading ram” or the loading bar after it. it will never jailbreak all the way through
it will just freeze and stay there forever

what am i doing wrong? i have the right firmware downloaded and the site “redmond pie,” i am doing everything exactly like on the site
